His Life Changing Moment...

I just thought that I'd better write this down so that, years from now, Ian will know what moment in his life had changed him forever!!!

This morning we were cutting apples up for snacks and putting peanut butter on them. I know it sounds a little strange but it's SO GOOD!!! Anyway, Ian was eating his apple slice and then went about his business. A few minutes later this was our conversation:
Ian: Mom, you know that apple I just ate?
Me: Yeah.
Ian: (with stone-faced seriousness) Well, it CHANGED. MY. LIFE.
Me: (trying not do giggle) It did?!? Why?
Ian: I don't know. I just have never had it before, that's all.

Wow. Who knew that a little bit of peanut butter and an apple could mean so much?
