I know I should be grateful for the ability I have to preserve food for my family. But I can hardly wait for the first frost so that I can be DONE!!!

I feel like I've only just gotten started! This is my first time to do much at all and I've had to do it a little at a time because I have to buy all the bottles each time. Looking forward to building a supply so I can do tons next year.

My apples are actually getting rotten. Which goes to show that one bad apple really can spoil the whole bunch!
