Play Time

I just have to take two seconds and thank my lucky stars, the Man upstairs and my friends for helping to give me my sanity back. Abbey started kindergarten this year, which is AWESOME because it's all day long. Every other day. The girl is over joyed to be at school when she can and super mean and grumpy when she can't. She pouts because she thinks that there is absolutely nothing better to do if she isn't in her classroom. (what kid does that?) Every day at home is filled with my lame attempts to one-up her teacher. We play computer games, we go to the library (sometimes), we run errands, we even occasionally go to Costco for lunch! Nothing competes with the smell of over cooked mac & cheese and dirty mop water. BUT this week there is, as we speak, a play group being formed AND we get to be a part of it! Yay! Yay! Yay!!!! Her friends are way cooler than me and she's excited about going. Wahoo!!!
