Teamwork

You'd be amazed what a bunch of Mormons can accomplish when they get together. You see, there's this family in our neighborhood who've been going through a rough time. They have to move and the mom was unexpectedly hospitalized a couple of days ago. Today is the only day that it could be done and so the troops were called in. The women activated the phone tree and got all able bodied sisters to come to the rescue. The men also rallied and came over with their pick-ups and trailers so that they could haul stuff away to a storage unit.
We had to finish packing the family up and then start cleaning. Whew! Alls I can say is that it now sparkles! Mr. Clean contributed a couple of Magic Erasers, which were received with "ooh's" and "ahhh's" by the women who were non-believers of Mr. Clean's great powers. In a matter of 2 hours we had the entire house packed and cleaned with the second load of boxes and furniture off to the storage unit. I skipped town for a bit and ran away to find the magical healing powers of Gatorade and cold bottled water for the men who were sweating like they were in a sauna. I figure that we've all lost about 10 pounds just in sweat in the last couple of hours. Anyways, they're all moved out and the house smells like Pinesol.
See? Told ya that it's amazing what a bunch of Mormons can accomplish when they get together!

Wow, two hours I think that should be some kind of record or something.

It really is pretty amazing and wonderful what a group of people can accomplish in a fairly short time that would be a daunting task for any one or two people on their own.
